Josh Rasin - Research Associate
 Mr. Rasin is a research associate at the
Heschong Mahone Group with a background in environmental economics. He
has been involved in Title 24 compliance, residential and
non-residential energy efficiency program verification, as well as
behavioral demand response programs. Mr. Rasin provides the following
services to HMG projects: program implementation assistance, program
analysis and policy research. Specific project duties include performing
program marketing outreach, reporting and tracking program progress in
databases, and program analysis.
Mr. Rasin holds a B.A. in Environmental
Studies, with a concentration in Environmental Economics, from Binghamton
University.
