Marian Lais - Program Assistant
 Ms. Lais joined HMG in June 2008 and brings over 6 years of experience
as an executive level assistant from the mortgage industry. Her strong
ability to develop relationships, her attention to detail, and her
project coordination skills are assets she brings to HMG's multifamily
projects. Ms. Lais currently administers and coordinates the marketing
and outreach for multifamily new construction projects.
Previously, Ms. Lais worked for American Home Mortgage as an Executive
Administrative Assistant assisting the regional manager to develop and build a territory
in the Northwestern U.S. She was a key player in the start-up of several
new branches and the hiring of numerous employees.
Ms. Lais is currently completing GE courses at Sacramento City College and
holds a 4.0 GPA. She plans to transfer to UC Davis or CSUS in the fall of
2009.
