Seth Wayland - Associate Analysis Manager
 Seth Wayland is an
associate manager at the Heschong Mahone group. Mr. Wayland specializes
in statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and the design and
analysis of surveys and experiments. He is currently working on demand
response modeling, evaluation of emerging technologies, and the
Governor's Green Building Initiative to benchmark all buildings owned
and operated by the State of California.
Before joining
HMG, he worked on
state and nationwide surveys such as the California Adult Tobacco Survey
and the Centers for Disease Control’s Behavioral Risk Factor
Surveillance Survey. He also worked as a calibration laboratory manager
with substantial experience in instrumentation and process improvement.
Mr. Wayland earned his
Masters in Statistics at the University of California at Santa Barbara,
and his Bachelors in Physics at California Polytechnic State University
San Luis Obispo.
