Jeff Staller
Project
Manager
Mr Staller is a
Project Manager at the Heschong Mahone Group with a extensive experience
and skills used to promote building energy efficiency. His energy
engineering skills include measurement and verification energy audits in
support of utility incentive program impact evaluations, installation of
short term metering equipment and trend data analysis, and energy
modeling for utility incentive impact evaluations and sustainable
building projects. He possesses a strong working knowledge of the Title
24 and ASHRAE 90.1-2004 energy codes.
At HMG Mr. Staller is involved in
implementation of utility-sponsored multifamily incentive programs,
energy efficiency design assistance and training, and California codes
and standards research and development.
Prior to joining HMG
Mr. Staller worked for RLW Analytics from 1997 until 2006 where he
conducted M&V energy audits, energy modeling, and oversight of data
collection efforts. He then worked for CTG Energetics from 2007 to June
2009 and focused his efforts primarily on energy modeling for LEED
Energy and Atmosphere credit One project submittals. While at these two
firms he has worked for a range of clients including investor owned
utilities, regulatory agencies, A/E firms, and building owners.
Mr. Staller is a
Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers, a
LEED Accredited Professional through the United States Green Building
Council, and a residential Certified Energy Plans Examiner through the
California Association of Building Energy Consultants. He is also an
associate member of ASHRAE.
Mr. Staller holds a
Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Planning, with a
certificate in energy management and design, from Sonoma State
University.
