Keith Sage
Associate Implementation Manager
 As an
Associate Manger for the Heschong Mahone Group, Mr. Keith Sage conducts
Title 24 compliance analysis for HMG's residential and multi-family
projects. He is a CABEC Certified Energy Plans Examiner (CEPE) for
Residential, a certified
HERS Rater for all Residential and Non Residential,
and
possesses a Sheet Metal (HVAC) Journeyman Card.
Mr. Sage is involved in the
implementation of Southern California Edison’s
Designed for Comfort multi-family retrofit energy efficiency program, and Pacific
Gas and Electric’s California Multi-family New Homes Program. He reviews
plans, energy files, and coordinates efforts between developer, energy
consultant, and HERS Rater. In addition, he conducts technical and
market analysis for HMG’s California Codes and Standards Enhancement
Studies.
Before
joining HMG, Mr. Sage was a Senior Estimator for Beutler Corporation. He
worked on several HVAC projects for clients, preparing HVAC project
estimates, designing HVAC systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and
tracking installation status for timely completion and utmost quality.
He built working relationships with
purchasing managers, vendors and builders.
