Group, Inc. (HMG) implements performance-based, whole-building
energy efficiency programs for single- and
multi-family new construction and existing homes. HMG provides program implementation, technical support, and tool
development for the utilities, state and local governments, and
private entities. We also provide free design assistance and
public-service program incentives for affordable and
market rate residential owners, developers, and design teams.

HMG is working with the
Housing
Authority of the County of San Bernardino to green their portfolio of
affordable housing. This effort entails developing a comprehensive,
sustainable, and replicable strategy to transition their portfolio of
multi-family buildings along the net zero continuum through achieving deep
energy savings and transitioning to renewable energy.
