Edison's California New Homes Program (CANHP) facilitates
energy-efficient design and construction in multifamily housing
through design assistance and cash incentives.
CANHP offers many
resources to qualified multifamily new construction projects

To be eligible for
the CANHP program projects must:
-
Be new multifamily
residential construction (3 or more attached units)

Be served by
Southern California Edison
-
Exceed 2005 Title-24
standards by at least 15% (to be eligible for the Performance
Path)
CANHP
low rise projects are also encouraged to participate in the ENERGY
STAR® New Homes Program and be listed on the national registry of
ENERGY STAR® for Homes developers.
All participating Performance Path
projects must be verified by a HERS rater. High rise projects will
receive complimentary HERS inspection.

are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. To
