Program Eligibility
To
be eligible for the California Multifamily
New Homes program services
-
Your
building must be a new construction multifamily housing property
with 3 or more dwelling units per building on residential rates
-
Your
building must be in the service territory of Pacific Gas and
Electric Company
-
You
must install the qualifying energy efficiency measures selected
for the project
-
You
must have the installed equipment verified by a HERS rater
-
Construction
and HERS verification of measures must be completed by November 1,
2010
Application Process
Developers who are interested in participating in the CMFNH program need to provide:

A wet-signed original CMFNH
Application
-
A completed Project Data & Construction Schedule
sheet
-
Applications must be submitted by November 15th, 2008.

A set of plans with architectural, mechanical, plumbing
and electrical drawings (electronic copy acceptable, structural
not needed)

An electronic copy of Title 24 calculations (EnergyPro or
MICROPAS input files) showing 15% better than T-24 requirements
used to obtain a building permit AND positive electricity savings
(>0 kWh)
